Breathing Out by Rory Strudwick captures the warmth and release of a considered exhale, a grounding moment that centres our being. This act of breathing out embodies surrender to the inevitable cycle of change—a letting go that invites acceptance and renewal.

In the frenetic pace of modern life, do we pause to notice the steady rhythm of existence marked by our own patterns? These works explore that question, translating the fleeting sanctuary of self-awareness into visual form, borrowing from the esoteric to illuminate the intangible.

The interplay of concave and convex grids gives structure to this cycle of inhale and exhale, while the soft, grainy textures lend the works a tactile immediacy, akin to light filtering through translucent eyelids. Together, these elements create a contemplative space, inviting viewers to reconnect with the cycles of breath and being.
